Grr! Arg! Rarrr! the sequel

After waiting and waiting and still no refund, I called Gateway up again. This time, I was told the box had to be returned, but they would send a UPS sticker so I wouldn't have to spend any money to return it.
Good, right?
So I ship the box back and wait. and wait. and call Gateway again to find out where my money is...
UPS lost the box. It's been "in transit to be delivered" since the 10th.
They said to call back in a couple days, while they investigate.
I hate them all.
