I want a Slytherin scarf

There were temporary tattoos in the YanYan I picked up a while back, and I got to looking at one of them this morning...

On the back, in tiny letters, it reads: To remove by scotch or any alcoholic solvent

I just want to know why they mention scotch specifically!
