Ever get that touch of paranoia you just can't shake?

I was heading back home after dropping the kid off with my ex, when my cell phone rang. Being out in the middle of nowhere, the reception was shot and I couldn't hear a thing the other person was saying, and the caller ID was blocked so I've no idea who it was that called. Now I'm left wondering... Was it a wrong number? A family member trying to get a hold of me? Maybe one of you?
