Whew. Looks like Houston ducked the bullet with Ivan II: The Return of Ivan. ‘Course, I could’a guessed all we’d get’re clouds, ‘cause I went and stocked up on bottled water. See, I never stock up on anything when we get Hurricanes and stuff (after the first hand-full, they just aren’t that exciting any more). Now Murphy’s Law states that, since I bothered with the water, there’s be no need for the water... see? It’s like lighting a cigarette when you want your food brought out in a restaurant, using Murphy’s Law to your advantage. ^_^

I recorded the season premier of Smallville, but my tape was all funky and I can’t see a thing. Hopefully it’ll come up on Limewire or the like soon so I can download it.

Had to get the car’s Master Cylinder replaced before work today... with new pads on the list when I go in for an oil change. Sometimes I think it’d be cheaper to get a new car!

Hopefully work’ll go quick tonight... I don’t wanna have to come in tomorrow to handle overflow.
