Right now I hate my ISP with a flaming purple passion! Apparently, in order to upgrade my service, they first had to disconnect my old DSL... for 5 friggin' days! If I didn't have the modem in the laptop, I'd be completely screwed, and let me tell you, going from DSL to 42.6K just like that? Hurts! I don't even have all my chat programs on here! *wails and gnashes teeth... then just sulks in the corner* Stupid ISP.

ETA: *blink* And now my DSL is back... WTF? Not that I'm complaining, mind.
