Kids these days...

Doing a few corrections on some of the ads crossing my desk, and I pause to read one of the wedding announcements. It's a full-page thing, full of the traditional "dress by soandso, meaning you plebeians could never afford it" and "cake topper carried down through the generations, first used on her grandmother's cake in 19XX, then her parents in 19XX, and now..." blah blah blah. Then they list everything the bride's wearing for the "Something old, something new" tradition. An old dress, a new veil, a borrowed necklace... and a blue belly button ring. *headdesk* Now I really feel old.
