The Eagle Has Landed

Ok, more like a DoDo, but this bird's got a new roost. We're climbing over boxes everywhere, but we are FINALLY moved. Alas, that means no 'Net yet, so I have to get while the getting's good across the street. (Gotta love a burger joint with Wi-Fi... Fried jalapenos, strawberry shake and email!)

The boy turns 17 next week. That fact just floors me... I'd SWEAR it wasn't that long ago! (Makes me feel old. :( )

Oh, and there was a funeral today. One of our friend's mother lost her fight with cancer. It sucked on a lot of levels.
