drowning away from water

I stood in the middle of the office today, haggard, stressed, and told a coworker that I was drowning. She pointed out there was no water near by. It didn't matter.

(Knew it was gonna be one of those days when I got to work and noticed I'd put on one black dress shoe, and one blue bowling sneaker. >.<;;)

I don't want to get into how little I think about some of the people in my office. You can only say "These people are idiots" so many times before becoming angry and bitter... something I've already been for a long, long time now. But when their incompentance causes me to stay after work a couple friggin' hours, I think I've got a point.



On the bright side, I'm 5 hours into the OotP audio book, and the way that man reads Pappa Malfoy melts my butter. *purr*
