Smallville... the slashers wet dream on toast.
Dude, if it hadn't been this good, I probably would have dropped the show, but it just clicked into place. Near!Naked!Lex, and Bad!Boy!Clark, and both of 'em running around in their yummy yummy skin... Mamma Kent doing what she does best, and Bo dishing it out 'cause he has to... And was it just me, or did Lana actually act there for a second?
I don't like Chloe's new hair. Love her balls, though. Standing toe to toe with Papa Luthor, playing with fire... Does anyone else thing she'll get in to deep and be bumped off in a season or two, causing her cousin Lois to come into town and investigate?
Only Lex would take "slaying ones own demons" quite that far...
And how many shirts did Clark rip off, even if one was in a phone booth?

'Course, the best lines have already been put up on other's LJ's *runs off to make the computer spout "I have no problems spanking men" when starting up*
Loved, loved, loved the confusion, the hesitation the gang is going through. And YES, it looks to be a lot lighter than last season, which I've really been looking forward to.

Gotta admit, I never saw the LegalEagle!Gunn angle... but now I really want to see what they do with it. How's he going to balance the fact that he didn't go to school and "earn" it with the knowledge running around inside his head? (That, and daaamn he looks hot in a suit.)

Did anyone else's Wesley (Wesle? *snort*) / Gunn radar ping, the way Wes was standing there, waiting at his door to ask what Eve wanted with Gunn? *swoon*
Wheee! Now I just need to remember and turn the damn VCR off every week., and I'll be set! ^_^*V*

The part of him that believes Helen had something to do with the crash? The part of him that could kill his father? What... did he just do? Hmmmmmmmm. And I'm wondering who all Helen is in cahoots with. Not Lionel, obviously, but... Lucas?

I think Gunn'll be okay with it. Because, mystical mojo machine or no, I think if he wasn't capable of learning law on his own given time, he wouldn't have retained it? And I love how he calls it, "The Law". Hee!
