I know very little about some of the people on my friends' list. Some people I know relatively well. I read your fic, or we have something else in common and we chat occasionally. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you friended me and I thank you.

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes spinach."

I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal.

I like shiitake and green-onion omelette sandwiches on toast with orange marmalade and chilli-pepper pureé. o.o; And sometimes I put a little tobasco in my orange juice. I think I would like something called orange salsa (if it exists?). All that was probably TMI. ^^;

I used to hate onions, now I love them. They're actually really good for you. When I get well, I'll be eating a lot of onions. I like the red ones, well, actually they're really purple but people call them red. They must have been confused. I was confused once. I thought Bourbon and Whiskey were the same thing. They have different distilling processes. Maybe that's why I like my Bourbon with 7 and my Whiskey with Coke. Neither of which I can have right now. Which is why I'm going to eat onions. It's a good thing I'm not seeing anyone right now otherwise they probably wouldn't want to be around me, you know, onion breath. I like the red ones......

Onions, hm... Can you have French Onion Soup with your throat in the state it's in? I'd think so, if the onions are cooked well enough and the bread given enough time to soak. Not sure about the cheese though.

But dude, I gotta agree, onions rock.
