The west Texas wind's got to blowin', sending tons and tons of dirt into the air.... and right now it feels like most of it's either on my car, or up my sinuses. Needless to say, I'm back on the happy pills.

Return of the King rocked like a great big rocking thing. I didn't cry. It was really the woman next to me. Honest.

Found out that both D's at work were let go today. They were both contract, so I'm not as scared as I would've been this time last year, but still...

*off to watch the walls some more*ga

Yay, someone else has seen it so I can GUSH! (lol)

I didn't cry either. Almost did a few times, but nope... didn't want to miss anything! All my favorite parts were handled so perfectly well I'm just without words. So many parts had me wanting to stand up and cheer... (especially Eowyn! I nearly yelled, "GO EOWYN!!!" right in the middle of that scene! lol)

And all those tender hobbit moments! ^o^ Weeeee!!! Okay I will stop filling your LJ with my babble now. ^^;

*waves hand in front of blue* How many fingers? And how many colors? ~.^

Hee! RotK was all about the Hobbit love... and Gandolf kicking ass! I LOVED the scene where he was whirling about with both staff and sword. 'Cause he was there to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and was all out of bubble gum ^_~ (Now I want an icon of Gandolf with the caption "And I'm all out of bubble gum.") Eowyn rocked, and thank god Gimli wasn't as much the comic relief as he was in the second movie.

Now I wanna go see it again!

Hell yeah about da Wizard! (LOL about the bubblegum comment! If I had footage I would make you that icon! ^o^)

*sniffle* Hobbit luv! ;_; I almost squealed?

And ditto the Gimli remark. Have you seen the Two Towers extended edition? Finally they got it right, so that the REAL comic relief was Merry and Pippin (as it should have originally been). Not that Gimli can't be humorous, it's just that... well, he's got a little more "substance" than that in the books, ya know? He's a damned good warrior as well as being kinda funny "sometimes" (and sorry, but I kinda winced at that "toss me" comment in the last film.) They also finally got Faramir right in the ext. ed.! ^_^ Yay!

Whee... Go see it again! *g* I'm taking mum & dad tomorrow, and possibly sister and bro-in-law this weekend. LOL, any excuse to see it again, right? ^o^
