Think about it
Jul. 24th, 2004 02:50 amTwenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
Mark Twain
I have so many friends right now whose lives are at a turning point, making plans, moving, changing and growing in one way or another... and every single one of them seems some part of scared... frustrated... nervous, anxious and/or unsure of themselves. I wish I could collect them all together, give one giant hug, and tell them the world will be better by their trying, but I can't. All I can do is say what I know in my heart, that people are better off for trying and possibly failing, than not trying and proving it true.
I want each and every one of you to look inside yourself and see what I see. Possibilities, and promise, and the seed of something you never knew existed. *hugs you all*
