What a weekend

It started fine. Bombed the apartment (with the cold weather, all the little ickies outside were trying to move in,) did some shopping and found a great poster for my bedroom... then I think I got in trouble. There's this little french bakery just down the road that I tried for the first time, and I think the salmon quiche did me in. All day yesterday and today, my stomach has been... less than happy. To the point that I called in sick from work. Still, ya gotta be willing to try new things, right? At least curled up on the couch gave me time to catch the first couple eps of Naruto. So far it's not bad... kind'a reminds me of Yuu Yuu Hakusho, which was one of the first Anime's I ever really got into. And for some reason I can't get enough of it's ending song.

Ugh, is it tomorrow yet? I want today to be over.

oh yah, that poster. it used to hang on the wall at a nice cafe in des moines called chat noir.

salmon quiche doesnt even sound appealing...and this from someone who likes both salmon and quiche. some things just don't go together. like pumpkin cheesecake...*shudder*
