Just wrapped up watching The Green Butchers... Interesting movie. A few really good zinger lines, a couple shots that made you sit up and noticed the cinematography... but maybe I'm too used to Sweeny Todd. The pacing seemed so much slower than I was expecting! Also, the movie's in Danish (German?) with English subtitles, something I figured I'd have no problems reading, what with all the Japanese/Korean/Chinese movies and Anime I inhale... but my ear kept tripping. Maybe after another two or three movies I could get familiar with the word pacing, but in this case it was just distracting.

The best line in the movie? "Smell my marinade" "...I smoke twenty joints a day. I couldn't smell my hair if it was on fire."

SO all in all, not the best vid to rent, but if you're looking for something relaxed and morbid it's not that bad.
