So I'm sitting at work, wondering why the hell it's been a Double-Shot Espresso day... can hardly keep my eyes open, one head-jerk away from face-planting into the keyboard... when I take a good look at my leftovers from breakfast.

A big Alpine Ruben.

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't... I'm thinking in large enough quantities it just might. But if I need to sleep, I'd just as soon down a dose of NyQuil and be done with it.
