Dealing with grief

zebralittle52A coworker was out for lunch today and flipped his motorcycle. Landed on his head, no helmet... he didn't make it. Needless to say, works been a little on the stressful side ever since. I've been brown-bagging it lately, trying to save money, but there's no way I'd stay around the office on a day like today, so I headed out for comfort food. Curry. There's something about the heat hitting my tongue, then the warmth and spice filling me to make me get my head on straight. (Not to mention breaking out in a slight sweat... hard to think of anything else, ya know?)
No telling what kind of memorial they'll think up for Sammy, or when they'll get around to it... but right now I just wanna go home.
