Tis the season, as the weather turns cold, for thoughts to turn to comfort foods... Typically I'd just go for grilled cheese and tomato soup, but right now I'd kill for some corned beef and cabbage.

What's your comfort food when it's cold outside?

Pot roast with potatoes, carrots, and onions. You could make it a stew but I like the big pieces. ^^
