recipe help needed!

A while back there used to be a kick-ass deli down the street from work, made the best bagels I've ever had here in Houston... They made this breakfast bagel thing that was to die for, all scrambled eggs and onions and spice, rolled in bagel dough and baked crisp, like a burrito? They've been out of business for years now, and I've got a craving like you wouldn't believe, but hell if I can find a recipe to duplicate 'em! If I do a google on bagel recipes I get the round thing itself, google breakfast bagels and I get sandwiches. I guess I could try my luck with the regular bagel dough, stuff it with omelet-type fixings and just wing it on how long to bake the thing, but I hate going in blind... Anyone suggestions?

i know its not a kolache but look up there recipes and sub out the bagel dough for it? might work. Sounds good, but knowing me id want to put like cheddar in the dough as well mmm....cheese all cooked goldeny...yumms
