zebralittle52The other night the guys and I went out for dinner. No place in mind, we just kind of drove around, waiting to be inspired, and this we spot it. La Rosa's Flying Pizza. CZ grew up with the original La Rosa's, a classy restaurant with hand tossed pizzas to die for. I was more familiar with the one off Westheimer, again very classy with food you couldn't get enough of, but between us we knew the name and had high expectations. Then we walked in. The had a pizza counter set up next to an ice skating rink.

Still, if the food was as good as the others were, it would be more than worth putting up with the teenspawn handing around the rink. So we waited. *shakes head* It was mediocre at best. If we hadn't had to pay first, we'd have just walked out. CZ was heartbroken, his long lost childhood favorite had betrayed him.
Hopefully next time we head out we'll have better results. (Hell, we can't have much worse!)
