Happy day after and what-not

Managed to complete dinner yesterday without burning the house down. The cajun turducken roll reminded me a lot of boudin, the oyster stuffing was a hit, and what with the rolls and green beans and brandied yams we were all so stuffed no one touched the pie! (Well, till breakfast the next day ^_~ )

Now it's just a matter of avoiding the stores till after New Years, when it's safe.
