How do I turn all my posts Friends Only?

My account settings -->Privacy -->Default Entry Security That will only affect all new entries you make, but none going back. Those you would need to do manually, or possibly there's an app for it, i'll have to search.

If you have a paid account, you can with a click turn everything friends only, even past posts.
